I've been pretty disappointed in the Ford communications and how they have handled this car. I love the vehicle - but was promised a software update to give it self-driving (or I could leave it for a week at the shop and they can do it) and so far, no update or software has come in for it. I also haven't been able to do the roof recall since they only give a rental car for 2 days for a weeks worth of work - hmmmm. What about the other days??
Then we get an email for streaming. I was excited about that. Except, it's been weeks and it's not even showing up as 'what's coming' or 'how to add.'
Even streaming audio from the phone for movies or tv shows has such terrible lag (unless it's plugged into the usb port) that it's completely unwatchable.
Seems like a lot of lies and hype that doesn't really live up to it. Unfortunately.
Love the car, but losing faith in Ford to deliver the proper communication or updates.
Even updating the Apple Maps and not giving us an option to change arrival vehicle charge amount back to the amount of time to get to the destination is terrible in my opinion. They could do a lot better.
