Well I did call the Ford number posted above and they had be do a Reset on the FordPass connection to "reset the modem". They did say they could see it tried to update 4 times but was unsuccessful without a reason. But here I am several days later and it's still stuck with Not Completed.
I have made sure my LVB SoC stay >= 80%.
Maybe I'll try turning updates off...drive around...then turn then on...driver around. What's the dance you have to do? It's been over 5 weeks.
