Stuck in the Shop

Well this is a sad post but I'm looking for any guidance.

I bought a used 2021 MME a month ago and it's been in the shop the last week. The car is making a loud and worrying "thunk" sound from the rear of the vehicle .
The dealership replaced the rear upper control arms under warranty but report the issue is better but not yet resolved.
Is this normal or something to be worried about?

Give them some time to work on it. They have only replaced one part. Let them try a couple more if it takes that. Can't go wrong with more new parts if it's covered. I would be worried if they said it was fixed but it's not. I think them saying it's better but not yet resolved is a green flag. I know so many dealers that would put the new parts in, call it a day and not look any further.
