What was the longest time your Mach-E spent in the shop? What Was the problem?

Mine just spent 11 days there. Took it in for the Windshield/Roof recall repair and the glass cracked during the process. They had to order a replacement which, fortunately, arrived the following week.

Close to four weeks when it would not start.

Took almost 2 months to get the front bumper cover and right headlight assembly.

Mine was in for over 2 weeks for glass recall work

Sitting at 4 weeks today for the windshield and roof repair. I dropped off prior to vacation expecting it to be finished on return. I think the dealer waited to do the work until I got back and then started to plan (first one they did). Roof was completed last week and they then proceeded to unfortunately break the windshield. Now we are one week into a wait for replacement windshield with no ETA. After a week they don’t have a deliver date for the glass.

Dealer was good giving a loaner.
A bit frustrated that you plan ahead for everyone’s benefit and then you wait. still love the car.

You should probably distinguish if it was in the shop for a problem or a recall.

Mine has been in over a month total with all the recalls and trying to get my car unstuck. BTW still not unstuck. Going back to service on May 9th for another attempt at getting unstuck from 1.7.1. Each time I took it in for the stuck issue I was told they got it unstuck. Get in the car and in 5 nano secs realize yep another fail it has no updates, no new features, no X by the car image, no notes or games or anything. I'm not crying your crying.

Other than SW, no failures.... so the vote results could be a bit misleading.

if you are without your car for a week. You don't care if it a supply chain problem or not a supply chain problem, you only care that you don't have your car.

But so what? I say 3 weeks. Bob says 1 week. Mine is due to dealership screwing up and letting it sit a week before they looked at it, repairs took identical time.

And you still didn't have a car for 3 weeks. So how long was your car in shop? 3 weeks.
