Stupid license plate holes

I don't have mine yet. Would that be a good place to mount some auxiliary fog lights?

Here's how I covered my holes...

My car was purchased in Pennsylvania which does not require a front plate, therefor there where no holes in my front bumper. I plan to have a "reproduction" of the front plate made out of adhesive vinyl and just keep the original plate in the car.
