suspension noise

Hello, I have a 2022 Mach E GTPE. The suspension makes a noise when going over speed bumps, dips, or uneven roads, all at low speeds. The noise is like a rubbing sound. The shock absorbers have already been replaced because one had a leak. Ford says the noise is normal, but it isn't to me.

I can't deal with it anymore; I'm about to trade it in. I can't believe they’d make a car that makes noise like that. If that’s the case, Ford needs to learn how to build cars. I think I’ll go for an Ioniq 5N.

I could hear noises too on a 24 GT with magneride suspension. Can you take an audio so we can check against our cars?

I do notice it, but I’m not bothered by it.
