Sync and multiple phone connections / profiles

My wife and I both have our phones connected to brand new MME. We have also each created a profile and associated our phones with them. If I drive the car and then later she drives it, it sets up the seat to her profile but still connects to my phone. Is the choice of phone always the last one connected if it is available? It seems like it should use the profile of the driver.

There is a priority setting for the phone, so that if both are in the car it picks one. If you connected her phone first, it likely defaulted to the priority one. Go though the menus on the phone screen and you will find the setting, it might say default.

I’m having the same problem too. None of the options work. If you set 1 phone as a priority then it will always connect to that one even if another person is driving. If you let it recall the last phone used but now there’s a new driver, same problem. They should update this to recognize and pair CarPlay only with the driver profile selected!

With the latest update, both phones will connect.
