Sync update stuck after "Not complete" update

It finally updated about 3 days ago on its own but is now stuck on another

Thanks for the update. I called the Ford In Vehicle Technology Team (didn't know that's a thing) and they said on their end the car is showing up as 6.7.0. was successfully installed and now I just have to wait for the next update. They said they cannot force it on their end.
