Tesla Adapter Order Status Missing? Anyone Else?

Usually when I sign in to the ford site and access my account there is a link at the top of the page that will take me to the status of the fast adapter order. I just logged in and it's no longer there. And...the order number doesn't pull anything up when I search for it. Anyone else have this issue? I know not to hold my breath on delivery of the adapter, but it was somewhat comforting to have a place to check the status (even if it was a disappointing update). My order number is in the 23's so I can't imagine that it's shipped yet, seeing the other orders that are being delivered.

That's for your VIN. But if you then paste the owner's VIN over zvev's in the link, it does work.

I had an order in for my '21 from day one (6938). I hadn't received it yet, then traded in the car for a '24. So I placed another order in mid-August (134371), which says October now. In the meantime, my original order arrived last week! Now I just need a supercharger to try it out on.

Update: I contacted Ford and was told to follow the link in my reservation email. However, I didn't initially place the order as I just picked up my MME in May as a used vehicle. The rep was able to generate a link for my VIN that works, though. If you can't find (or don't have) the original reservation email with the link, Ford should be able to provide you with one. Still interesting that they took the link off our account pages.
