My wife was distracting me while I was trying to communicate this basically this all started out as I thought that was the adapter Ford was sending and they were selling it for $69 so I was a bit confused on that. Yes, I have level two charger at home, and Charges very quickly for me between the 40% to 80% so I have no use for another charger other than the one Ford is sending me if I travel so I don’t think I need to say much anymore. I’m pretty done with this sorry.
You are not the only o e confused by the AC adapters and the DC adapters. There was a post on one of the forums where the Rivian owner bought an adapter off of Amazon and tried unsuccessfully to use it at a SuperCharger. He was approached and berated by a Tesla driver for “illegally” trying to charge there (Tesla driver was totally wrong). Anyhow, the adapter he bought off of Amazon was a cheap AC adapter, which of course would not work with Level 3 (aka DC Fast) charging. ??
