February 28th is a boring date that happens every year. Adapter orders didn't open until February 29th, which is much more rare.
What was your order number? Something we have been tracking is how many have been shipped.
I haven't been able to get mine to work automatically with the Ford method, it always says, "Charge station fault". The good news is that works perfectly with the Tesla app.
you've probably already checked but is it possible the credit card payment info in plug and charge in fordpass is wrong or expired?
Do you have an Amex card set for the Plug & Charge / Blue Oval? I had similar issue that went away when I swapped it back to my Visa.
About 10% of the way to mine.
Order 20,309: notice on FedEx app (delivery manager) of label created from Dearborn on 10/14. Later on 10/14, received email from Ford saying they were shipping it with the expected delivery date of 10/17. Nothing about any of that on the Ford website though. It’s 10/17 and FedEx app says it is out for delivery in the next hour! So, hope that info helps someone who is waiting or keeping track of the flow.
