I heard that Farley hired Karpathy so that some of us can finally get our first OTA. ?

I think it is one of three scenarios:

1) He is just simply burned out
2) He grew tired of Elon promising FSD every year and knows it won't happen this year either
3) It is done and he wants to find a new challenge

Two of these I could see being a real possibility. The other... well...

I think Musk decided to wrap up all FSD efforts and put all the resources towards the bot development. Karpathy didn't like that idea.
