Me! Was suppose to be here 3/19. Then it started up ticking by a day. Got up to 7 days and then jumped to 27 days. 4-21 now. Ugh

I was already working with the dealer to get the finance squared away and boom the car got delayed out of nowhere. Something is wrong..

According to the Ford Vehicle Tracking site, today was supposed to be the day my Mach-E arrived at the dealer. I emailed my dealer yesterday and my guy told me that as far as his records showed, the car was STILL IN MEXICO! ? uh, no ... made it to the Argentine Ramp on 3/12 ... but like others today, my VIN isn't showing up in Palsapp anymore either. So now waiting to hear back but we've gotten radio silence today. I'd really been counting on having the Machine to mess around with this weekend. ... The wait continues ...???

To everyone who is seeing weird shipping time / ETA glitches, a couple days before mine arrived, the ETA changed to N/A. And Palsapp never updated after KC for me.

Yep, palsapp has lost mine as well although my last trucking I don't think used Cooper anyway. They must have purged our VIN's.

Anyone that recently got their car still show up in palsapp?

Mine is now "not found" too.

My salesman told mine was showing as "received by the final carrier in Jacksonville Fl." Wonder who that final carrier is and why we can't get some kind of tracking info.?

But apparently it's going to take 29 days to get here from Jacksonville! I'm pretty sure I could literally walk there in that time. ?

That's odd because both trackers just pull the data from the Ford order tracking website: https://shop.ford.com/vehicleordertracking#/ so if the trackers work, the Ford one should work too.

There is something different between the trackers. Yesterday when they added a month to my delivery, only the forum tracker showed the new day until later in the day when the Ford tracker changed.

My car still in KC, but I do have one of these! Hoping if I ask during delivery they might have someone program it for me.

Ask beforehand and drop it off during prep! My dealer programmed my extra fob, no hassle. No cost.

Something new might be going on. I found out today my car is on stopship again for maintenance. Seems different than when it was on stopship for the qc checks in KC a month ago. Since then my car shipped to Wilmington DE and is now on stopship again. Even stranger it does not show stopship on the vvr.
Anyone else heard what might be going on? I am concerned they will ship mine back to KC after being 2 hours from my house.

Well, I seem to be moving backward in the process. Sometime in the last hour my car disappeared from palsapp! Maybe they switched it to another logistics company for the final mile to my dealer?

Well, I know Ford pushed the ETA back to 4/4. I guess I'll go follow my other hobbies, I've been giving too much attention to the "reload palsapp constantly" hobby.

Same here. Yesterday ford tracker changed from ETA 3/27 to 4/19. The Ford reservation tracker did not change. ?

I don't have any insight into what is currently going on, and I hope someone out there has an answer, because I find myself in some of the same situation.

I will say that I think you may have a decent position to lean on Ford to compensate your for your first months payment. In the original delay emails that Ford sent out, there was information that those experiencing significant delays would receive up to $1000 to cover the cost of their first month's payment. In trying to find out as much additional information about this as I could today, I looked into what data I could find, and it seems as if this was a fairly small group of individuals who received this notification. But, if I have read things correctly, it seems to apply to those who have experienced more than one quality check delay.

That sounds like this might apply to you. Obviously, you couldn't have received the offer the first time around, because you had not experienced both delays when the original email was sent. However, if they did it for others, I certainly would reach out to Ford Customer Support (or whoever would be the better entity) to express that you have had the same type of delay, and you wonder if they will extend the same courtesy to you.

Of course, I have NO IDEA what I'm talking about, and it very well could be a waste of your time, but I started looking into it for myself and came away thinking that there probably wasn't much use to try to push too hard for myself, as I have only experienced the first quality control delay. But, if you are experiencing your second one... who knows.

Thanks for the great idea. One of our family friend's sons works in the Service Department. Tempting to go straight to him or at least have the sales staff introduce me directly to the Service Manager. I am a little bit concerned if I drop the extra key off with sales before the car arrives, they may just loose it.

I won't put too much stock in that note from palsapp. That appears to be hardcoded in the front end when no data comes from the backend.

Yes, I understand I can't rely on lack of palsapp finding my car other than my point was that just yesterday it still said delivered to Argentine Ramp March 8, so any change gives me some hope.
