My last OTA installed with a LVB capacity of 25 (it's "cold" here).

I thougth the original LVB capacity was 35 amp hours so 33 would be really good.

Any way “regular people” can see this data for their cars (without FDRS, OASIS, or access to incantations from Hogwarts)?

Possibly; looks like it. That info is recorded in the update details in OTA dashboard in PTS. In case you don't know what that is, it is a website that Ford dealer service employees use for many different things including recording OTA history. Here is an example of what it looks like when an OTA fails due to unsatisfactory battery conditions.

FDRS will not show this; only PTS/OASIS. There is a way to see this without Ford employee credentials, but I don't remember how. It's an html "hack" where you type a certain web address and put your VIN, and it lets you see the info in html where it isn't well organized, but you can make out the info. I'll dig around over on the ICE forum tomorrow to see if I can find it.

Seems like they fixed whatever allowed this to work. There seem to be a lot of computer savvy people here though, so I'll share it anyway in case someone here has the know-how to figure out another way to see the info.

Yes, JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) typically used as the format for APIs.

Low voltage battery capacity is "33" (I'm guessing that's in amp-hours)
Current low voltage battery state of charge is 87%
Current high voltage battery state of charge is 56%
I don't know the units they are using for HV battery energy.
My guess is the available low-voltage battery capacity is probably listed in milli-amp hours e.g. 28710 milliamps = 28.710 amps on a 33 amp battery.
Since 28.71 ÷ 33 = 87 (and it lists the battery at 87%) that seems to confirm the guess.

It’s watt-hours and milliamp-hours for the last two.

if you want to know your 12v battery level its located here: Ford Account Dashboard | Ford Owner Support look at the charge level box. Its about the 12v not the hvb. No need to parse the web server response.

Just curious and a little off topic but does the gas F150 and other gas Fords get OTAs for all modules as well? Including engine & trans ECU etc? I was under the impression only the EVs were fully updatable.

Yes, The ICE F150s, Broncos, Lincoln Nautilus and a few other ICE vehicles also get OTA updates.
