Thread for People Backing Out?

Hi all!

I'm out in California. Placed my Mach E order in Jan 2022 for the Premium Ice White Package edition, only to find out my order has to convert to a 2023. And that there no longer is an ice white package available.

Any advice on how I can find someone who may have backed out on an ice white package? Is there a thread for connecting with people who may have backed out on their orders?

Your talking about a rare event with an even rarer trim.
TBH if you are lucky enough to even get one with no ADM off the dealer right now, I suggest you get after market parts that would be much easier than trying to get a list of people who backed out bc I can guarantee you if one exists it would have a huge ADM.

There was one in Louisville but they wanted 12000 over for it. I got on cars.com and basically contact every dealership that had one listed. I was not picky with color but I found one that is on its way to me now. Just wanted awd with a tax credit. Ended up with a premium awd. Didn’t want to wait on my 2022 select that is now suppose to be a 2023.

Going to be tough finding that combo.

My 2022 Select order w/ CT options was changed to 2023.

Hate the change of colors too.

Ordered Vapor Blue Premium w/ light grey interior.

Were you able to get your 2022 premium MachE off the lot or a cancelled order at MSRP or a low ADM? I’m considering doing the same myself even if I have to order out of state for delivery.

Yes I found one in Minnesota. I am in Indiana. Found an auto transport guy cost me about 750 to transport it. I did pay 5000 over but I figured the tax credit made up for that. 5000 over would have been my max. They originally wanted 10000 over.

Have you seen any parts that would allow me to swap out the badging to white badging? Or place white decal over the badges to match the ice white package?
