I didn't realize there were 2 heights for the trunk floor, and have kept mine at the higher level since receiving the vehicle. I heard a noise while driving yesterday, and when I looked, saw the supports on the left and right side snapped off. The supports at the lip of the trunk seem perfectly fine. For now I'm just keeping it at the lower level, and actually prefer it. Still want to get it fixed though if it's not going to be too much trouble.
Has this happened to anyone else and if so, did you have any trouble with the dealer fixing it?
