Unable to setup departure time with Ford Pass app

It’s been quite many times since I installed FP 3.35.1 that I try to set up the departure time and the application stays in the loop until it fails. It does not happen always but quite often.

i have tried to wake up the car by closing the doors for example, but still it fails after that.

any suggestions?

Make sure the car is in a place that has good cellular service. Wake up the car. Force close the FordPass app. Wait a few seconds. Re-open FordPass app to connect to the car and then try again.
