Is this new? It's showing the last 6 updates I received and the correct dates they were installed. Oldest listed was installed 08/19/2024, so it may be a 3-month cutoff.

2021 no updates in last 90days so shows nothing. Guess it doesn’t go back that far

They have a 90 day cutoff on those records. For any of us with 2021s, it tells us that it’s been more than 90 days since an update and has a link on how to enable automatic updates (most of us have them turned on). It should just tell the 2021 crowd to hang on until they start queuing 2021 VINs for OTAs again. ??

This message from ford is like telling us to check our setting because we should be receiving updates. However, It is really that Ford is not sending out updates to us. How absurd is this?

Clearly it was an intern that managed to put the code into prod they obviously forgot to say "not applicable suckers" to the 2021 owners, I'm sure he or she has a bright future in the company.

Mine shows 6 updates with the oldest being Driver Monitoring System 24-PU0105-CMR-FX.
and the newest Enhanced Connectivity and Power Management 10.1.1

My 2021 has had 4 updates since September with the latest 5th November 2024. It's a start but would have been nice to list all updates since start of ownership.

Incidentally Sync version is 4.0.23291. What's yours?

Are any of those versions the new UI? Just curious as most of us European users are still waiting on the new UI updates that US have played around with for sime time now. A ford official said to me it would be ready before summer (2024), but you know, soon TM
