Update stuck in Not Completed! For 5 weeks

I had the audio update in a Not Complete state since June 6 and no updates until just a few days ago when I got BlueCruise 1.3 sent.

Not much you can do for Not Complete but wait or invest in an FDRS setup.

I had this update stuck for 2 weeks on my Lightning, with the same message. 2 days ago I was going in for a couple of software update CSP's and asked them to take care of this. They did, but it took them many hours and I was carless for 2 days, so plan accordingly. Since you already waited for 5 weeks, I wouldn't wait much longer.

I had a different update stuck in not complete for 2 months earlier this year. Then one day it disappeared and then later it downloaded and installed again without issue. So maybe just wait it out.

It will show not completed until they send another update to your car. You likely won't see it try again until they do another wave of this update.

Nothing you can do to but wait.

The software update experience leaves much to be desired. Ford needs to work on its delivery of updates. I finally got the Bluecruise 1.3 update, which has been in pending status since late May. When I did it get on Friday, it took about 95 minutes to install, and that's rediculous.

Update “Not Started” (due to …) might be closer to accurate than “Not Completed”. Not Completed can be interpreted to suggest it was partially finished and can make an newbie feel like it is “stuck” halfway done.
