USB Error Connection Message randomly flashing

Since day one, every once in a great while I would get a "USB Connection Error" message on the main display screen. However, two days ago it has sporadically started flashing every 20-30 seconds. It will do that for 20 minutes and then stop. Then it randomly starts up again. It doesn't seem to affect anything, other than be a complete distraction while driving. Any idea on a fix? I have attached a picture of the message. Also, nothing was plugged into any of the USB ports. I currently have just over 55k miles on my 2021 Mach-E.

The USB hub it probably going bad, it pops out and you can put in a replacement. Or you see your dealer.

Thanks, appreciate the advice.

Of course, today I just got the "service vehicle"light. Thought I skated through ok on the HVBJB thing, but maybe not.
