Vehicle location disabled

Just picked up our Mach E this week and I have everything setup and working but one thing I can’t get working is seeing the location of the car in the Ford Pass app. It says vehicle location is disabled in Ford Pass. In the car connectivity settings I have everything enabled. Any ideas on how to enable?

I’ve tried disabling all connectivity and then enabling again. No luck.

I've got the same issue.
All was working fine except the car was counting sometimes the wrong mileage...
Trip to dealer is around 38 Km, however the car says 48 km, but based on the calculations the car did, it actually calculated the efficiency with the correct mileage so 3,7 km/kwh, though in the FordPass app it was calculated wrong 5 km/kwh !
WTF...
So went to dealer to check if some issue was there, they could not see any issue, however updated all the software on the car... and since that time i also have vehicle location function disabled in FordPass app, although it's enabled in the car...
Also i cannot see the charge state in Real time anymore....

I have this exact same issue. I tried a master reset as well and no luck. I'm also not able to add PAAK to either my android or my wifes iphone.

For me everything else in the app works great. PaaK, remote start and lock/unlock. I get updated charge status. Just the location saying disabled seems to be the issue.

OTA update fluke (one amongst many).
Give it a little time. It should correct (mine did).

I have this exact problem as well, it used to work but recently the location vanished.

I got this figured out today. I opened the Ford Pass app on the car (not my phone) and it prompted me to allow/approve a few settings to enable sharing location and vehicle data. It took a few hours but as of tonight I can see the updated location of the car. It’s not intuitive that you have to enable connectivity settings from the settings screen and also the app in the car.

Yeah I did both from setting and the app and it's still not working for me.

Isn’t location setup in the iOS settings? Go to :settings>>FordPass>>location>>always

I have the same problem. Car was in the dealership for a week because it wouldn’t take an update and it comes home to this. Very disappointing.

Location stopped working for me a couple weeks ago. Talked to Guide and was told it was a known, intermittent issue that should resolve. No change so far. Plus, since I did a reset, Paak stopped working and I can't get it enabled now on either of my cars.

After TSB fix for OTA stuck and Blue Cruise functionality for my FE, I haven't seen car location on the Ford Pass app, while phone location is there. Everything's enabled on both car and phone that I can see. Annoying.
Not sure if the dealership updates did something, or if it was coincidental.

Finally started working after a few weeks. Wasn't working even after I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it, then one day it was. I have no clue.
