VIN not accessible???

Local dealer called today about one that will be arriving soon and available. I have the Window Sticker but the VIN won't pull up in the tracker. What does that mean?

Could be wrong, but I needed the order number and vin to get tracking. The order number is on the window sticker in the box labeled item #, my order number was 0897 which on the attached is after the 13-.
