Volume Not Working on Mach E

Out of the blue by Mach e volume stopped working. I turned the knob off and back on. No luck. When I turn the knob it shows I am spinning it. I tried resetting the screen as well with no luck. Anyone have any ideas? I am past my warranty.

I had something similar happen a while back immediately after an update. It had sorted itself out by the next morning.

all of my treble and other audio settings moved to the left side of the screen. I move them back and I watch after 2-3 seconds they move back to the left as well.

Ok talked to the dealership and it will take them a week to get to my car. They are guessing it is the APIM modular. They will not know until they diagnose it. Of course I am out of warranty. Anyone have any idea the cost of this?

If you haven't already, try disconnecting the 12V battery for about 10 minutes.

Does that make you lose everything? I am fine with that just curious and does it harm anything
