Why is the email address covered in red? Someone is playing a joke on you? The greeting is in English while the rest of the note is in Spanish or something but not German.

My post was somewhat in jest. VW clearly sent out a template email with no content. Those aren't real words.

I blurred out my email in red for privacy purposes.
