Warranty missing from Fordpass

I bought an extended warranty online from Grainger in November, right after I picked up my Mach E.

I'm pretty sure I saw it in Fordpass a little while later in the Warranty section.

But, when I looked there tonight no extended warranty was showing up. What gives??

Mine still listed. Service tab. Warranty button. Ford Protect.

I wonder who I'd contact to make sure everything is still OK? Grainger?

Interesting...did a chat with the FordPass people and they said the name on the warranty has to match the name in the Contact Information page in FordPass.

I made the change and now the warranty info shows up...good.

But that also begs the question why it disappeared in the first place, because I hadn't changed anything in FordPass.

Oh, well, it's back so I'll have to write it off to gremlins ?
