I'm not sure if this issue of Electrify America (EA) missing from native MME sync 4 navigation and the FordPass app has been resolved for others, but I still have the issue as I have had for over a week now.
I spent nearly an hour on the phone today with Ford. After four reps and two disconnects I finally got to speak with a rep in the Blue Oval Network who seemed to understand the issue and ensured me she would report the issue to the appropriate people and departments. While not holding my breath, I was disappointed at the end by her referring me to EA. I clearly stated that this is a Ford/EA issue and Ford should be talking with EA and NOT Ford customers!
Are other still having this issue? Thanks, Mike
Yesterday I could "see" the EA location in the car. I could click on the icon and it would tell me that it was an EA location. However, if I entered a route it would ignore the EA location directly in front of me and go find an EvGo or ChargePoint instead. Annoying for sure. The fact that EA is free makes it a little more palatable
