Chargers are still free as of today. 1 of 6 chargers didn’t work and of course it was the one I picked first. Called EA and they couldn’t get it to start. Next one worked fine and 3 other cars were charging at that time.

chargers were 150 but fasted charge I got was 66kw

I noticed this today when I wanted to add a well known EA stop on my trip, and the Ford navigation system failed to provide any EA chargers in the list. Luckily I knew exactly where to go so it was almost a non-event. It was annoying, but much less so considering I think the charge was "free".

Over two hours on the phone with ford and at least 8 transfers. Couldn’t get anywhere. @Ford Motor Company any insight on how to get some help?

Others have reported this is an EA issue and they got an email from them saying their network is down

I spoke with EA on the phone and they are upgrading from 4g to 5g. Could this be the reason they aren't available on Fords Nav?

Yep, still don't see them on my Nav, checked today at lunch. This isn't great.

I understand EA has been upgrading their network for about two weeks now. Not sure exactly when the chargers disappeared from the navigation system, but I am certain that is the reason. Ford can't fix it so calling them isn't going to get anywhere.

It's weird because they still show up on Apple Maps EV routing.

Acknowledging the issue and passing the blame would be nicer than assuming I have a filter blocking ea stations from showing up or saying that my phone isn’t communicating properly with my car. EA told me it was a ford issue. I’m fairly confident it’s ford reading the EA stations as not available but I sure would like confirmation from someone that actually knows.

I was traveling all last week. ABRP and Apple Maps are both working. Ford nav worked Tuesday but not Wednesday morning.

The only thing I that isn’t showing the EA stations for me is the embedded nav. Everything else shows Ea stations accurately. Thank you for the Tuesday/Wednesday data point.

I'm in the middle of a cross country roadtrip and I stopped at mostly EA stations. My ford balance for the free 250KWh was reduced at my last EA charging session but none of the other sessions. I have had over 2000 miles of almost free charging! it has been great. I was confused why my last session took kWhs out of my 250free kwh when the session was supposed to be 'complimentary' just like all my previous charging sessions. it was weird. All of it is still awesome.

that seems like an accurate deduction, I wonder if connected services is turned off if they would show up again?

I'm not sure if this issue of Electrify America (EA) missing from native MME sync 4 navigation and the FordPass app has been resolved for others, but I still have the issue as I have had for over a week now.
I spent nearly an hour on the phone today with Ford. After four reps and two disconnects I finally got to speak with a rep in the Blue Oval Network who seemed to understand the issue and ensured me she would report the issue to the appropriate people and departments. While not holding my breath, I was disappointed at the end by her referring me to EA. I clearly stated that this is a Ford/EA issue and Ford should be talking with EA and NOT Ford customers!

Are other still having this issue? Thanks, Mike
