Recently picked up a 23 job1 mache, noticed these bare screws. Am I missing something that's supposed to cover these?

You are not missing anything. Those round retainers are there to secure the inner fender liner and Ford has done it this way for years. You don't have to worry about the tires hitting that post.

I noticed that on my 22 GT last year. Never thought to post on the forum. I assumed it was normal, but it’s good to have the reassurance.
