Wheel Well Panel Loose

In my left rear wheel well there’s a plastic panel that’s loose. Every so often it’ll hit the wheel and make a racket.

Just seems to be a missing screw. Anyone know what that panel is called, and what type of screw I need for that? TIA

Look on the other side, I think it is one of those panel clip things.

The part is an air deflector. It’s held into the car by a screw and a push rivet. Looks like the rivet got knocked out of the car by that Frenchman Jacques Debris. 🤔🐩

The push pin fastener you are missing is part# W712196-S300
