Where did Software Updates go?

On my Ford Dashboard page, Software Updates is no longer in the tabs under the picture of the car. I have automatic updates set up in the vehicle. It's been that way for a couple of days. Anyone else?

Interesting yes same. If you look on backend it says Server Error.

Picture of the car? You must be on a really old software. That was replaced with a house a while back. On mine it’s under the settings page.

Just went to the car at Lunchtime and I must have gotten 6.8.0. Now I have the dreaded car in the middle of the small screen. Makes no sense, throws off the symetry.

Any hopes future OTA puts the speed back in the center.

I want BC 1.4/5 so I did not shut off the OTAs. I knew it was coming, just don't like it!!!

I just saw this picture of a car in the middle of my dash. It’s useless. I hate it to. Ford should make the dash display configurable so users can decide what information is displayed and where.

I noticed the other day it was gone. There used to be a bunch of tiles. now it was like 5 or 6.

So many of us complained about 6.8.0+ on this forum, on Facebook and twitter that Ford is pulling the plug on updates until they can get their poop in a group. It'll come back once the get their house in order.

OK, so I chated with the Ford chatterer and asked about the missing SW Update tile. She said (typed) that the SW Update tile would only be visible when they was a software update. Either Ford has changed the Ford.com dashboard or Ms. Chaterer thought I was talking about my dashboard (display) in the car. I gave up and dechatted.

You don't see the Software Update on the left side of the Controls screen?

He's talking about the dashboard at ford.com under your profile. The software updates tile is also missing from my dashboard at ford.com. It was there a couple of weeks ago and displayed your last ota.

My RAV4 had 3 or 4 home screen settings. I chose the one that had both the 'car' and below it speed (large type) plus cruise control set speed i(smaller type). The current screen on my MME is OK except the steering wheel blocks the cruise control set speed which I like to see. Especially beings I also use the feature that reads speed limit signs.
