Where to check for dead animals?

We’ve checked everywhere and so has the dealer. No animals or rodents. Def a mud/grass stench that’s literally more awful and long lasting that anyone would believe. At least the dealer also believes it now too. It’s from the rear axle and rear driver side wheel well fiber covers.
