So I need to go to ford and tell them my lights stay on.. is there a tsb attached to this issue?

Luckily I'm still under warranty
They don't stay on if you rotate the light selector because it resets the error condition. The bug is in the switch assembly.

If you are nice to your service techs they might cover it under warranty. The challenge is it is intermittent. For me it could go a month or two before occurring. Or it would happen twice in a week.

The new part is cheap and it takes about five minutes to replace it. For me the warranty wasn't worth the hassle. I just replaced it myself.

I also bought one for my 2021 because of my liftgate switch. I transplanted that into my 2024 and put the original back into my 2021 when I traded it in. 😁🐩
