When I use the Ford app on my iPhone to view my charging history it gives other information on the percent of added charge, but under "miles added" it always says zero. Isn't this supposed to calculate approximately how many additional miles were added to your range based on the charge?

Just a glitch. Mine did that at first. After a few days it started reporting accurately.
In fact, at one time it calculated the time to completion as if there was an L1 EVSE connected even though it was L2 at the time. Now it knows the difference. FordPass seemed to get more and more functional as the days passed. Weird but that is what my experience has been so far...

Nothing in the app charging wise seems to be too accurate. Even if it does show how many miles it added, its just a guess. The one I wish it would actually show is how much power it added. Mine usually will show nothing, but other times it shows a crazy number. The other day after like 2 hours charging at home it was saying it added 125kwh.

Yup. Mine constantly estimates at least 6 hours more than is actually necessary.

Plug in at 6PM at 78%, limit set to 80%. FordPass: Charge complete: Tomorrow, 10:30AM

7:30PM "Reached 100% Charge"

Hmm...
Yeah read that event carefully I see it too but the car is charged properly. At least the event I see is something like "charged to 100% of set level" or something even though the car is sitting at 90%.

The intent of the message is that it reached 100% of what you wanted it to reach; as in it completed what it was told to do (charge to 80% SOC)

So what they're trying to say is "Charge Complete."

I'm curious why they chose such an almost intentionally confusing "100% Charge" message unless it was some poor translation from a developer or something.
