At the very least you would need a new painted bumper cover (front facia), air dam/lower trim, side curtain aero inserts, center grill, and possibly additional brackets. The number of small parts to make it work will probably add up very quickly unless you can eventually get everything salvage. Even if you ready to spend the money on all the parts, it will probably be hard to get for a while. Therefore, you are probably better off getting a wrap that simulates the GT grille. Some of them look pretty good and you can always take it off or change it later.
