I need to do this on mine along with debadging and tinting the windows.

I also had my shop debadge the doors - just crappy little pieces of plastic, but I didn’t want to risk damaging the paint with a DIY effort!

Custom "GT Front Grill"

Fed up with that boring front panel typical of most modern day electric cars and frustrated that it doesn’t look like the GT, I purchased a wrap from the USA and found a charming and super professional wrap specialist in the UK to make my car "sing out from the crowd”.

Attached are some images of the work in progress and the finished wrap.

One is the "select" model and the other is the "premium" model.

Nope - The Premiums have the smooth, shiny plastic here in the US. Can’t speak to the Selects but would be very surprised if they had the nicer mustache like yours. Are the European ones built in Cuautitlan? I’m calling this “Stachegate”…

Yes, all MMEs are manufactured in Cuautitlán. Only the Chinese manufacture their MME for themselves.

I would check out struckndesign online - they have a ton of options. And then any reputable PPF installer should be happy to install for you (and to do a good job)!

Just got my grille installed at the shop, bought from struckndesign. It is a heavy vinyl, so if you looks real close there are some imperfections near the top where it can't be put in so deep around the bend (below the stache) and by the pony. (Sorry for the not-so-hot pics. I plan on taking some better ones soon.

Great look,I’ve been looking at grills lately and that’s the one I’m going to use. The diamond pattern matches with the black vents below. How about black wrap below stash ?. You have matte black?

My PPF installer does not recommend vinyl wraps in hot climates. Also, adding the grill vinyl cover on top of PPF will ruin the PPF if the cover is ever taken off. The print colors will fade over time. I am sticking with the paint option only. I had a vinyl advertisement on an ICE window. When I took it off the residue melted behind was taken off only with a razor blade.
