Windshield to Panoramic Roof differential?

What should the windshield to roof differential be. Should it completely flush or just even. I see the level of the panoramic to be slightly above the windshield.

The roof should be about 1/8-3/16" higher than the windshield. Because some roofs were put on with too much or irregular height there is a whole thread about that

My roof is about 3/16" higher than the windshield. If I have the radio off and listen for it at high speed I can hear some wind noise, but no louder than the road noise or other traffic noise
