Windshield wiper tubes replacement

I had some repairs done and the local repair shop damaged my tubes leading into the windshield washer reservoir. Unfortunately I damaged them further. We came to an agreement that I would pay for the part and they would do the labor for free. Problem is that I cannot find just the tubes themselves definitively that fit the Mach E. The total assembly is like $400. I don't want to swing that right now.

Can someone please link me to just the tubes themselves whether it be from Ford directly or an aftermarket dealer?

It looks like that section isn’t sold separately (of course), but you can most likely cobble something together with a different section that is sold separately.
