every time it rains hard my wife reminds me how the Mach E wipers (on high) just don't go fast enough to be able to see out the windshield. Anybody else feel the same way?

Hi Will! I can look into your Mach-E's concern on my end. To get started, could you please send a private message over with the name/location of your local Ford dealer and your Mach-E's VIN?

Did you adjust the settings on the wiper stalk? Turn the lever all the way up for the shortest wipe interval.

Putting RainX on the windows is great for visablity too.

Seriously? You're going to send him to the dealer for this?

Funny, I actually think the wipers are too fast - especially on the intermittent/auto setting with light rain. If it's just a drizzle, I tend to keep the wipers off and manually use the mist option when it gets to be too much.

Like mentioned above, rain-x is the real deal. I used to use the rain-x wiper fluid in past cars but now I just properly apply the coating and it works amazingly. Really cheap, very easy to apply, and lasts for a while. I absolutely hate driving in rain without it (especially in rentals where they can't clean glass for shit to begin with).

You have to manually flick them into high speed, I think in automatic mode they only go to continuous low as the fastest.

You can just push the stalk down for a manual wipe and not have to use the mist.

That is the "mist" function. I'm not talking about spraying fluid... the "mist" is for when there is mist and you just need a quick wipe one time. The manual just calls it "single wipe" but that's what it has always been.

Strange. I Know my 2023 F150 will auto speed the wipers at any setting between intermitent wipe to full speed. I will have to see but I think she even tries switching them to high. its like the windshield is so large that even on high they don't wipe the windshield fast enough for great vision.

the mach 3 manual says
WHAT ARE AUTOWIPERS
Autowipers turns on and controls the
speed and frequency of the windshield
wipers.

Is Rainx safe on the Mach E windshield? Ever read the warnings on the bottle? not sure if there is any special coating to worry about with rainx.
