Your system is up to date.

I'm at 1.4 with auto updates on. There is no button to push to force an update. (June '21 build)

This is really a nonsense message.

If I'm not allowed to get future updates, just post THAT as the message.

Hi there! Can you send us a PM with your VIN and Ford dealership information? I’d be happy to look into this on my end.

Thanks Ford above! If nothing else, it's time for a serious trip to the dealer to sort this out with Ford.

I've been to the dealer twice. They were majorly unhelpful.

They have a fix coming. I had mine repaired a couple days ago. I had been stuck on a failed 1.7.1 for months. My dealer got in touch with ford and they had someone come fix it and said it should be a TSB soon

I just completed the recall on my car and the 21P22 software update. Unfortunately, I still have the grayed out schedule bar and I cannot set an update schedule. I have no idea what update the car is on but I am pretty sure its the same as when I took it in.

Do you know what the issue was and how they were able to get someone to fix it? I've had mine to the dealership several times for this and the latest update they've given is that it's a known issue that Ford won't be fixing until sometime in July

The dealership wasn’t really sure. Ford sent an engineer to come work on it. The dealership said they were using my car (very early job 1 car) as one of the ones for the upcoming TSB but they did not give an eta on when it will be officially available. They are definitely aware of the issue and definitely working on something for sure. Hopefully it will be available soon.

Good Evening @Ford Motor Company , I will be taking my Job1 in for it's initial service tomorrow and recalls. The only problem I am having is the driver door issue (SSM 49676). I am hoping that the dealer is on their game because I am very hesitant to take it in. Is there any way you can view my VIN and see if the dealer needs any further information to make this a success? Please advise.

Does anyone know often does Ford attempts to send outstanding updates to a vehicle? I just had my APIM replaced due to a hardware issue and they installed 1.7.1 along with the CSP 21P22.

It has been about two weeks since this was done and I am wondering when I can start expecting to see the remaining power ups being pushed to my Mach-E.

While I was having issues with my APIM, the module was basically locked so I wasn't getting any updates, and I just want to make sure that my Mach-E isn't blocked or blacklisted from getting OTA updates in the future.

I have been monitoring the WIFI network traffic for my car and only have had about 8mb have traffic going to the car in the last few weeks.

I have this problem. (Update Details shows "Your system is up-to-date".) Ford Power-Up 1.6.0 was installed in 2021 October. Last software update was 21P22 at dealer on 2022-02-13. Maybe the problem started then?
