Well it looks as if Sebastien’s dealer updated his BCM for the service he had them perform. The car will throw the frunk error code if the GFM is not also updated when the BCM is (it’s also true the other way around). I guess we have to figure out how to make that service necessary for all 2021 Job1 cars so that they throw the error. ?‍?

Connectivity items in Sync menu never show up unless the car is in communication with the mothership at that time. At the top of your Sync screen when you see this icon:

..that's when your car is talking to the cloud, and that's when you can check your connectivity settings and they should show up in the Sync menu. (Of course you have to be stopped to see this menu, can't see it while rolling).

Leaving the "privacy" settings to off so your car can freely communicate with the cloud will let your car talk about you behind your back and increase the chances of seeing the conntected services menu more often.

That's a bug that should be fixed in the new 5.1.1. and 6.1.0 updates.

Connected vehicle data sharing needs to stay on or you won't get OTAs.
