2023 Mach-E Production & Ordering / Order Bank Open Dates Released

Per Friday's FDNB (Fleet Distribution News Bulletin) below is the schedule for the 2022/2023MY Mustang Mach-E.

• 04/29/2022 - 2022MY Final Fleet Order Due Date
• 08/18/2022 - 2022MY Last Day to Spec Change
• 10/29/2022 - 2022MY Balance Out Date
• 08/15/2022 - 2023MY Order Bank Open Date
• 09/15/2022 - 2023MY Scheduling Begins
• 10/31/2022 - 2023MY Job #1 Date

The 2023 Mustang Mach-E Order Guide will be released on or about the date that the 2023 Order Bank opens

Does this mean all cars produced from Halloween on will be 2023 models?

Yes, unless the timing slips (which isn't uncommon).

So since I ordered Feb, is it questionable if I will get pushed into 23 model? I had thought I might get built in Aug with Oct delivery (8 months total) but with people getting their Oct/Nov orders still for Premiums, it seems tight.

Since the Permium/CaRt1 order banks have been closed since Feburary, I would image Ford has taken into account the outstanding orders when chosing the date to start 2023 MY builds. But it is Ford and with supply chain shortages who knows what could happen. For the 2021 to 2022 MYT cutover Ford pushed the 2022 MY start date back. The same could happen again

If by "soon" you mean mid-August, then yes.

Likely to include the recently rescinded price increases.

I ordered an Ice Package Loaded Premium on 02/22/2022. On porpoise…. Obviously I want it to be a 2022 model to keep the numerology karma coming. I also play it as lotto numbers. But My birthday is 3/23. Maybe a 23 is worth a longer wait. what’s the most you think they would dare increase prices on equivalent models….. anything over 2500 would be somewhat offensiveIMO

If memory serves correctly, the GT’s were supposed to go up $4k.

Waiting for 2023 likely halves the $7.5k tax credit by the time the vehicle arrives.

Unless and of course that's a big UNLESS, you can take delivery by the end of the year which is highly unlikely.

Along with an annual subscription for ‘premium electricity’ that helps extend your range.

As a reminder to what ford proposed as price increases in April, 22 - but rescinded……the increases were not modest.

Wow, that’s crazy, one reason I went with the Ca. Rt. 1 AWD over Premium was it was $2400 cheaper and only gave up a few things. Now with these prices it will be comparable in price with less features. Add to that the tax break going away and the Mach E will continue to be an affluent person’s car!
