What’s up everyone!

I’m new to the community, but I’ve been a longtime lurker. I used to drive a 2021 Mach E GTPE, but unfortunately it was totaled in an accident. At first, I was convinced my next car was going to be a Model Y Performance… but after following threads and posts from @MarkBorris and seeing what he’s done with his Mach-E, I couldn’t resist—I ended up buying another Mach-E! “Thank you sir!”

So far, the only mods are Eibach’s lowering springs for MagneRide along with their 20mm spacers. I’m happy with the drop, and while the wheels sit flush, I’m debating swapping the rears to a 25mm spacer. I’m also planning some interior upgrades from BSKT—I’ve already been in touch with them to get the ball rolling.

Your Mach-E looks great! Those bronze wheels really compliment the Eruption Green. I highly doubt I was the reason you purchased a second Mach-E. They are just great cars and I would not be on my third if they weren't.

I have to ask, why didn't you replace your sway bars with the Eibach's while you had the springs done? If you have read any of my suspension posts, I always mention how their bars are the single best mod you can do to this car. The car will handle much better and even ride smoother. Those bars compliment their springs very well. Looking forward to seeing what other mods you will be doing. 😊

Appreciate it! Honestly, you were a big reason I ended up with another Mach. Your interior upgrades definitely had me going back and forth, but what really sealed the deal was seeing a brand new Eruption Green Raptor in person—it just clicked after that. Either way, you definitely played a big role in me pulling the trigger on a second one.

As for the sway bars, I was actually reading your posts around the same time I bought the lowering springs and spacers. I had even reached out to Eibach about using my car as a prototype for their sway bars. They eventually got back to me and told me they had already tested them on a GT and just never updated their page. I do plan on adding them down the line though—I’ve heard too many good things to skip out on that upgrade.

Yes, Eibach did not list the bars for a GT but I told them back a few years ago, there is absolutely nothing different about the shape/size of the bars on the various models/trims. I have installed them on every model/trim Mach-E and they fit and work great. Unfortunately until they actually test them on a GT themselves, they could not approve that they fit. And again, it is the single best mod you can do.

Hey! That's a great-looking car, congrats! I have a question about your wheel spacers. Did they fit with the OEM studs, or did you have to replace them with longer ones? Also, with the car being lowered, do the tires touch the fenders at all?
I'm asking because I've also lowered my Mach-E and I'm trying to decide which spacers to install. I'm worried that 20mm spacers might cause the tires to hit the fenders, and I've heard that with 15mm spacers, the original studs might need to be trimmed.

Looks really good! I had a Model 3 back in 2019 and I lowered it about the same amount. Really improved the looks and more importantly made it different from all the others out there. Just had to be a bit more careful around bumps!

Thanks!

The 20MM fit the OEM studs and there is ZERO rubbing. I don’t think I’m low enough to rub, but I’m on 245/45/20’s for reference.

Thanks! I come from the Honda and BMW scene, so for me it’s always been about the stance. I was quickly reminded I had to drive a bit differently though—totally forgot it was lowered and ended up scratching the front lip PPF on my driveway. The trade off is worth it though.

Looks amazing! Love it! I’ll have to order spacers for my 22 GT lowered.

Clean ride! Spacers will definitely give you an aggressive stance. Are you on Eibach’s as well? Your car looks lower than mine. Perhaps it’s your tires.
