I did subscribe to Bluecruise for a recent road trip. Paid the $50 for a month but I canceled it right after my trip which was two weeks into my subscription. Ford immediately reimbursed me for the weeks I didn't use it and canceled it right away. So you can buy it for short periods of time you want.

I’m 18 months into owning my 2023 Premium and only had the 3 month trial, didn’t extend.

I won’t be renewing my BlueCruise subscription regardless of price until @Ford Motor Company fixes the “Front Camera Fault & Pre-Collision Assist Not Available Errors” through a safety recall. Not only is it annoying as hell and a safety issue, it renders BlueCruise and adaptive cruise control useless. Do better, Ford.

I’ve never had this issue nor heard of it. If it’s not widespread it won’t be a recall. Isn’t the local dealer able to address this?

I revived the OTA update for that camera issue on my ‘24 premium last month.

in Canada I did the same and FORD let the one month run out and kept sending notices of its pending cancelation

I had those error messages on my 2021 a few years ago. and it was a front camera defect. I had to have front and rear cameras replaced and all connecting wiring in doors. Ford had my car for a week to fix it. Covered by warranty if it is still in effect. Invoice was $5,700. I paid $100 deductible only.
