To be precise, they were actually 4 hours and 13 minutes apart.

I'm sharing this in the hopes that it is not an anomaly and hopefully indicates that the shipping process, at least from Ford's end, is improving.

I had a 1/24 build week, and a 2/11 production date. When I woke up this morning, I had received both my Built and Shipped emails while I slept. I'm not sure I've seen many others on the forum post that sort of proximity before and, like I said, thought I would share in hopes that it is a bit of encouragement to those still waiting.

If this is pretty typical, and I'm just not keeping up, please excuse my ignorance. :)

I don't think we've had anyone report that close a pair of dates. I wonder if this is a sign that there's some backlogs starting to get sorted out?

Yep, that's exactly what I'm hoping. Surely, if it moved to shipping that quickly, it should indicate that they have solved some shipping logistics issues.

My car had a production date of 2/8 and I received both email from Ford, Built and shipped on 2/16 about 4 hours apart. My delivery window is 3/23-29

The "built" email is generated when the primary status changes to "awaiting shipment". The "shipped" email is generated when the status changes to "in transit". Some people have reported days or weeks between those two events. Others have reported never even going into the "awaiting shipment" status and going right to "in transit". It's a mysterious system.

Seeing all these ETAs in March gives me hope that my ETA of 4/2 is overly cautious. My car was built on 1/19 and shipped on 2/9. I know the trains are slow, but April seems like a long time.

I'm assuming that Vermont shipping must have something to do with that?

I'm in Alabama, and my email that I received this morning had my ETA as 3/10 to 3/16. For your sake, yes, I hope they are just being cautious. That would seem at least probable. I have seen a number of individuals post about being surprised by their dealers calling and saying that theirs is in.

Congrats! However, I'm just slightly jealous. I have the same build week (1/24) and build date (2/11) but no built or shipped email. I was expecting them tomorrow since the normal lag time seems to be 8 days between built date and emails... we'll see.

Yep, I was actually a little surprised myself, because that "8 day rule" seems to have been pretty dependable for a lot of people. I hope you see yours soon; I'm not sure how much I'm enjoying the waiting game. It does give me memories to being a kid on Christmas with all of that pent up anticipation. LOL.

No doubt. But it's not like Vermont is a super long drive from New York or Pennsylvania, which are getting much shorter transit times. I'm hoping it's just because the schedulers have no idea where Vermont is and are still trying to figure out what state it's in. :)
