My palsapp.com shows my car's origin as Jacksonville, not Kansas City. Does that mean it's going there by train instead of KC? Have other southeastern buyers seen something similar for their cars? Just curious.

While I’d hoped my car (2/10) build would have shipped by now, we probably have a bit more of a wait. I doubt trains are traversing the frozen waste land north of the border and returning at anything resembling breakneck speed.

Given the deep freeze portions of the country are in and just how long it takes a 130+ car train to travel the route between the factory and Kansas City, I’d say we’re all going to be waiting just a bit longer.

I wish we could check in on the app and see our cars' locations. Someone back in December was somehow able to activate his through the app, and it showed the location as being in Mexico.

The speculation was when they activated there happened to be someone in the car who said, "sure, why not?" I still try once a day hoping there's someone inside mine who didn't get the memo. ?

I did try it twice for mine the day it appeared, and it was IMMEDIATELY cancelled, and the app told me so. The second time, they did a master reset lol. Probably thought, "hackers!"

Got the built email around midnight with an ETA to north eastern Boston suburbs of 4/10 to 4/16. So I guess another two months of waiting...

Mine was built February 11 and I also just got the built and shipped emails overnight with an ETA of March 29 - April 4 in southeast PA... although the tracker website wasn't updated yet to reflect that.

On another note, I found the exact same car (color and options) for sale at a dealer about 2 hours away for sale. I'm tempted to just get that one, but I feel bad about bailing on my dealer since I've bought 3 other cars with him and it would also seem like such an anticlimactic ending after all of this waiting and tracking... plus it would feel like it wasn't my VIN.

Yup it’s a choice but I would not worry about the dealer as he will just fine with ADM he can add.

Got build mail from ford overnight. Build date of 2/5, no shipping date nor shipping e-mail yet, but ETA of delivery to the Chicago suburbs of 3/9 to 3/15.
