I wonder if we are seeing production models in long term storage until the launch?

Just before the shutdown the plant was making pre-production prototypes for engineering use and tooling testing. That’s what I think these are. Wrapped up for shipping to Dearborn or other Ford facilities.

I ordered Blue. If orders are actually not finalized why is Blue no longer offered? Can't imagine they ordered less Blue paint before one has actually been built. Curious.

Not for the GT, which is what I think E55 KEV is interested in.
For some reason (lack of pre-orders?), Infinite Blue was dropped from the GT configurator months ago.

Yes, as eager2own states I ordered the GT and now only the Grabber Blue is available. Grabber Blue is only for the GT.

Also very weird the Carbonized Grey is no longer available for the GT!

Yes, I'm in a similar situation as you in that I'd pre-selected the Carbonized Grey for my GT, and it's now not showing available.
However, it's not a big deal for me, because my intent back then was to convert that to a Grabber Blue when finalizing my order -- Grabber wasn't an option for the GT when I made the selection.
[Plus, I'm still eagerly awaiting announcement of what the additional GT color option will be. Fingers crossed for a Bullitt Green.]

So now that orders are about to open up, has anyone changed their minds about Infinite Blue? or found any natural light pictures?

Still #1 on my Premium edition list though.

No photos. My opinion is that we also haven't seen any outside photos of Space White or Cyber Orange, either. (I know plenty would disagree with that!)

I'm sticking with Infinite Blue anyway. I really wish we could see it, but doesn't seem like that will happen in the next few months.

I like how many cars look in dark gray but my last two cars have been that color... I like *some* blue cars. The color samples we've seen for Infinite Blue look acceptable to me and I'm hoping the "tinted clearcoat" aspect will add some really interesting depth and shadowing to it.

I'm not that particular so I'll be sticking with it regardless of how it looks.

My Bolt's color was about 3rd or 4th on my list of colors....

Infinite Blue won't be as blue as my Focus was, however.

WTF! Now I'm mad as hell. Infinite Blue no longer available. Ford changed my color to that awful bright "look at me" Grabber Blue. I don't want the car anymore!

Changing color selections is tough, for sure. Is one of the other GT colors acceptable?
