LOL - They are getting SO close.

I really do consider myself a laidback type of individual, and I have yet to get frustrated by the process.

Me, too. I think it's because we get *just enough* information to make us wonder *WHY* we don't have the full details, so there just seems to be this void of information between order and delivery with such small morsels of updates. And, there is such a random timeline, that we can't quite pin it down with any consistency.

Juicy updates that may have some bearing on some of your orders:
The train carrying my car arrived in Wilmington, DE today. Likely some of yours as well.

The dealership gave me this update.

Just checked with my dealer. He said:

“Still shows same eta, but it has not updated location since Feb 16th.

Not sure what that means though.”

However, there was a Palsapp update on on 3/9, taking it to the Argentine ramp. The countdown on the Ford website tracker says 6 days to delivery, which happens to correlate with the last day in the range of my initial delivery dates.
Guess I can leave for camping tomorrow and not fear it showing up and not getting to go buy it ASAP. ?

What date did your car get moved to the Norfolk Southern yard? Mine was moved there on 3/4, but the last update shows the train moving through Ohio on 3/14. Not sure if mine is heading to Delaware or a point further north.

March 3rd -- arrived in KC.
March 8th -- palsapp delivery complete to Norfolk Southern yard in Birmingham, MO.
Today, March 17th -- arrived at railyard in Wilmington, DE.

It's quite possible yours is on a different train taking the more northern route through upstate NY. I'm making assumptions here based on this map of the NFS routes.

Got the call from my sales rep, my silver/gray interior Mach-E arrived at the Carrollton TX this morning 3/17 sometime before 9:30 CDT. Was week of 1/24 all along. 5 months and 20 days from reserve date. Build started 1/27, completed 2/4, shipped 2/10, arrived KC 2/25, departed on UP for DFW area on 3/9, arrived railhead 3/16, truck delivered early AM 3/17, will take delivery 0900 3/18. Bolt torque check and PDI this afternoon. All other updates completed. Came with 95% charge and 9.1 miles. I went to check it out: no issues with frunk, windshield, door, hatch alignments. No the other issues, but didn’t drive it yet. Sorry to ruin everyone else’s St. Paddy’s parade!

Yeah, I was thinking Albany or Rouses Point could be the unloading point for mine. But if yours left Birmingham sometime after 3/8 and has made it to DE, I would think that mine would be further than Ohio by now.

You might get surprised with a sudden delivery. Here's hoping!
