Hi, everyone. I finally picked up my Select model in silver with no extra packages so I can qualify for state tax credit. This is a commuter car for my wife and I did not have high expectations for the vehicle. Right now there is not many EVs to choose from in that $ range, so I am happy with the purchase. Below I'd like to only list negative things about the vehicle. It did not stop me from the purchase because it was a base model, but this list might be useful for someone.

Driving:
* Drives like a loaded truck
* Car rocks back and forth each time you come to a stop no matter how gentle you are.
* Hill assist did not work for me. I had to enable stop-hold. If you let gas off on the hill, car will slow down and start rolling back.

Comfort:
* My knee hits the screen if I am in the passenger seat. It is not a problem if I am a driver
* I am 6'4" and my head hits the roof when I am in the back seat
* Can not fit behind myself
* Low door opening, especially in the rear.

Quality:
* Door panels do not have structural support. You can press them with the finger and the whole thing moves back and forth.
* Rear door closes with weird sound, like something is loose and vibrates
* Key fob is cheap and bulky. Glad they only give one.

Infotainment:
* Very slow and buggy
* Too much input lag. There is always at least half a second delay when you navigate menu. Sometime menu items refresh few seconds later. It is just weird.
* UI is somewhat poor. Some basic things like turning your fan off or recirculating air require multiple clicks.
* Backup camera is poor
* Ford pass mobile app is terrible. It is like written by a large group of engineers that do not communicate with each other during development.

Seats:
* Look like weird old school office furniture
* Fronts have a permanent lumbar support that does not work for me
* Driver seat do not go down enough, I find myself tilting my head a bit sometimes
* Rear seats are hard as rock, especially front part
* Rear seats are not attached well and wobble
* I am comparing seats to old mazda cx5 and vw gti. Mache seats are not comfortable.

Dealer:
They still live in the stone age and treat you like a 5 years old. Going from one desk to another trying to sell accessories or show you how can of sealant works even after you tell them you want to leave quick and paying cash. They are just incompetent leachers IMO. Did not know about state tax credit and did not apply my $500 reservation. They were just passing me through one person to another, each trying to sell some useless crap to me and then leaving waiting for something and not telling me what is next. "Come, let me show you how sealant works!", what a joke. I had to repeatedly tell them to hurry up and bring me the papers to sign.
The online checkout process on ford website is simply useless.
Ford pass immediately showed a recall for the vehicle related to bolts. On the phone sales person told me it was taken care of, but it still shows in the app as in complete.
