I wouldn't be surprised if Ford created this forum in the first place and has been monitoring from the start.
Most likely not FoMoCo. Check out "Bronco Nation" run by a bunch of Ford motor company paid shills wearing too much flannel. B6G Bronco forum has the same setup as here and it is not run by Ford.

My number one request is to add an “RPM” gauge. Like a consumption meter while driving for “consumption” and “regen”

Even hybrids from 2008 had this. Thanks!

Yes, they are actively working my broken reservation/order issue and communicating it via the DM's that they requested. Happy to have Ford involved and watching to see what this community is saying and experiencing.

? Give them a chance, they are probably overwhelmed with DMs just now since it is basically Day Two with this new platform.

Ummmmm… they said right up front that this thread was only to let us know that they were here and that if you had an issue you could PM them. They explicitly ask that we just continue to post threads that interest us. Then they can get a better feel for what people are really talking about and where the major issues are. This thread was NOT created for them to address complaints.
You obviously haven't been exposed to Ford in the UK, so wouldn't understand the frustrations we have had. So forgive me for not trusting them, as you clearly do.

Jason from their team has created a support case for me with their reservation team. He has done all I could ask for from his end. He is with the social media team and not customer support. It's reassuring that this team is watching and interacting. Give it some time and work the direct messages as they are asking us to do. It sounds like you have a pretty rough road with Ford to this point. I hope that they can address it.

The burning question everyone is wondering. When are the OTA's getting ramped up. Went to the dealer for some module updates but they said they wouldn't do any they couldn't replicate on site. I only got them to acknowledge the PAAK issues and they did that update per the SSM. Considering my minor issues are consistent but intermittent, I couldn't reproduce them there but it surely happened as soon as I got home. Thanks Murphy.

Ford please crack down on all the dealerships who add ADM. I've found 4 cancelations and all 4 had ADM ranging from 2500-10000. You want to compete with Tesla, start here.
