Can you explain how you determine which orders are moved to production? It doesn’t appear that the Mach E’s are being built in the order they were placed. There is speculation on this group that it has something to do with the volume of sales that our dealer has. Others speculate that the production order is dependent on specs of the order. We all want a fair process. The Ford App doesn’t provide enough feedback on the progress which adds to the frustration. People who ordered after me have production dates while people who ordered before me do not. Please help us understand your process.

Please. Can FMC comment on the status of electronic release for access to the MME frunk?

I find the lack of a roof rack option on an SUV to be a major short coming. I would also like to be able to tow, from the UK website it is obviously possible so why isn't that documented for the US customer. I don't need much towing, but a small boat trailer would be nice.

Thank you @Ford Motor Company for taking the time to post your presence on this forum. The car is great in spite of the hiccups here and there, and a phenomenal first effort at mass electrification. I'm looking forward to many years of ownership of my Mach-E and to future enhancement of it through OTAs.

Where would be the best place to submit feedback/bugs to you guys? I'd hate to just add to the ocean of one-off PMs and tweets, so do you have an official forum/support ticket system that you'd prefer these sorts of feedback to go to?

My wife and I ordered 2 Prem, AWD ER on 5/3. Our dealer called later and she's getting hers from a dropped order in a few weeks instead of Nov+.

Can you give us an idea of the number/percentage of orders that are dropped? It'll give a little hope to those of us with wearing out our 'refresh' keys.

Also, When ordering, it would be helpful to our dealers if we could select a 2nd and 3rd choice of color (not for manufacture, but for dealer info only). I ordered Grey Met., but I'll also take red and white. We shouldn't have to ask our dealer to do this manually on the phone as they get order cancellations and play match-up.

When will the 2022 model year start? There are quite a few of us thinking the delay will flip us over.... and if there's a price change, will the original price be honored if it goes up, or allowed the pay the lower price if it goes down?

After my 1930 Model A Ford, this is my first Ford daily driver. Good job.

Fantastic to see Ford taking the people that have a more than average interest in the MME seriously.

There is much to be desiered through the process of order and delivery, but I am confident the whole process will be a lot better with some time and someone looking through these threads!

I had a problem like that, my driveway was in nav with a street name when I bought this house. I emailed to Google (Google the address). It was fixed inside a month.

Welcome to the Forum!! Many of us had a sneaking suspicion you have been here all along but using a pseudonym I had my issue with my Mustang Mach E during the first few days of ownership but your Customer Service in handling the issue was exemplary.

My only issue now, we need more Mustang Mach E apparel! Hopefully, that comes soon on the merchandise.ford.com store!

Go to Google Maps and search your address. If it's not there click the Send Feedback button and have them add it. They share their mapping with all the other providers so when Bing gets it (I think the MME is using HERE maps) and you get an update, it would come over. If it is there already, then I'm no help hah.
